Explore the Modules
This progressive 200-hour pathway begins with a foundational 100-hour training in Mindful Yoga, followed by two 50-hour continuing education modules that deepen the practice into compassion, contemplative awareness, and everyday living.
1. Begins with:
A 100-hour foundational training in Mindful Yoga, integrating therapeutic yoga with the core principles of mindfulness and compassion.
2. Continues with:
A 50-hour training exploring heart-based practices, compassion, emotional awareness, relationships, and ethical living
3. Deepens into:
A 50-hour training exploring open awareness and effortless mindfulness, supporting a more natural, embodied, and integrated way of living and practicing.
Together, the three modules form a holistic path of personal growth, embodied practice, and professional development.
All modules are available in-studio and online and may be taken individually or as part of the full training journey.
“I have been studying mindfulness on and off over many years, but through this practice, I feel I have taken more strides than ever—much deeper and more profound. A wonderful experience and resource for the yogi or yoga teacher who is looking to bring mindfulness and compassion into their own practice or teaching.”
— Amanda Gibson
“This training has brought me to a major personal change—from worrier to wanderer—and helped me find my own voice. I am so much calmer, with ease and acceptance both for myself and for the people around me.”
— Erik Løvstad
“Jonathan teaches from his heart, basing the training on his extensive wisdom and knowledge. Through the training and practices, I have gained a new clarity in my experience of life.
