MINDFUL YOGA TRAINING
Module 3 · 50 Hours
Open Awareness and Embodied Presence
Next Upcoming Dates:
2026: October 31 – December 6
2027: October 30 – December 5
This 50 hour training led by Jonathan Weber, is the final module of the Mindful Yoga Training and is designed for those who wish to deepen their practice beyond structured techniques and begin to explore awareness itself.
Context within the 200-Hour Training:
This module completes the 200-hour Mindful Yoga Training and represents the final step in integrating body, heart, and awareness into a unified practice. While the modules can be taken individually, they are designed to complement each other as part of a complete training pathway.

About the program
While earlier modules establish a foundation through the body and develop a heart-centered way of living in everyday life, this module introduces a more direct approach to mindfulness. Rather than continuing to build practice through effort, we explore how awareness is already present—open, clear, and naturally available in every moment.
This approach is often referred to as effortless mindfulness, where the emphasis shifts from trying to maintain awareness to recognizing the awareness that is already here. It draws from contemplative traditions such as Dzogchen, Advaita Vedanta, and other non-dual teachings, presented in a grounded and accessible way.
Through guided practices, mindful movement, and inquiry, the training supports a shift from doing mindfulness to recognizing awareness, allowing for a more natural and integrated way of being in daily life.
This training is offered both online and in-studio. Teaching is in English.

This training supports you to:
-
recognize and rest in open awareness beyond effort and technique
-
shift from doing mindfulness to directly experiencing awareness
-
release habitual striving and over-efforting in meditation
-
deepen embodied presence through movement and practice
-
become less identified with thoughts, emotions, and reactivity
-
integrate awareness more naturally into daily life
