MINDFUL YOGA TRAINING
Module 2 · 50 Hours
Living the Path: Practice in Everyday Life
August 29 – October 18, 2026
A 50 hour training led by Jonathan Weber, focused on mindful living and ethical integration — exploring how the principles of Mindful Yoga are applied in daily life, relationships, and in making wiser choices from a place of awareness and connection with the heart.
This training offers a practical and grounded path for bringing mindfulness and yoga into the way you live.
Offered both in-studio and online.

About the program
This training is a continuation for those who wish to deepen their practice beyond the mat and meditation cushion, and bring mindfulness and yoga more fully into everyday life.
Module 2 explores how the principles of yoga and mindfulness can be lived in a practical and meaningful way through the choices we make, how we relate to ourselves and others, and how we meet the challenges of daily life.
Through this approach, the training supports greater well-being, resilience, and emotional balance. It cultivates a steadiness of mind and openness of heart that allows for a more caring and responsive way of living. From this foundation, a sense of inner peace can begin to emerge, not as an ideal, but as something lived and expressed in how we meet ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Drawing from both classical yoga and Buddhist psychology, and presented in a modern and accessible context, this training focuses on ethical living, awareness in action, and developing the inner conditions that support a steady and integrated practice. These themes are closely aligned with the approach explored in my book, The Way of Inner Peace, which will serve as a resource during the training.
This training is offered both online and in-studio. Teaching is in English.

This training supports you to:
• deepen your understanding of practice in everyday life
• recognize and work with habits, patterns, and reactivity
• bring greater awareness into relationships and decision-making
• meet challenges with more clarity, steadiness, and care
• make more conscious and aligned choices in daily life
Structure and Format
The training consists of three weekends (six days total).
Each day includes mindful yoga, teaching, reflection, and practical exercises, with a strong emphasis on applying the material in everyday life.
Between weekends, participants engage in guided home practice, supported by written materials and reflection exercises.
After the final weekend, a short integration assignment completes the training.
All sessions are recorded, and missed days can be made up by watching the recordings
Daily Structure
Each day is designed to support both understanding and direct experience. We begin with mindful movement to settle the body and mind, followed by teaching that explores the theme of the day in a practical and accessible way. The afternoons focus on applying the material through guided practices, reflection, and shared dialogue.
